增强型复合外模板现浇混凝土保温体系设计及抗震安全性研究

摘要
通过研制新型的增强型复合外模板,创新应用加强网架、增强件等增强技术,设计了增强型复合外模板现浇混凝土保温体系,并通过大型足尺抗震实验,对增强型复合外模板现浇混凝土保温体系的整体抗震安全性能进行了研究。抗震试验结果表明,基于增强型复合外模板、加强网架设计的增强型复合外模板现浇混凝土保温体系,可有效减小保温体系与混凝土墙体在地震作用下的相对错动与脱离,避免找平浆料层脱离风险,显著提高保温体系的整体抗震安全性能。
        Through developing a new type of reinforced composite outer formwork and the innovative application,and strengthening the net frame and reinforcement, the reinforced composite exterior cast-in-situ concrete insulation system was designed,and the overall aseismic safety performance of the reinforced composite exterior cast-in-situ concrete insulation system was studied through large scale full-scale seismic experiment. The results of aseismic test show that the reinforced composite external formwork based on reinforced composite outer formwork and reinforced composite exterior cast-in-situ concrete insulation system can effectively reduce the relative dislocation and disengagement of the insulation system and the concrete wall under the earthquake,avoid the leveling of the slurry layer from the risk of wind,and improve the overall resistance of the thermal insulation system aseismic safety performance.
