摘要
研制了基于通用型PLC控制器为核心的ZZJ127(A)煤矿定向钻机参数监测系统。结合所配套定向钻机功能复杂、布局紧凑和安装空间受限的实际问题,重点介绍了参数监测系统的关键元件选型设计、防爆结构设计、系统硬件设计、系统软件设计等关键技术。通过性能测试表明,该参数监测系统性能稳定,能准确监测钻机运行的各种钻进参数,各项指标达到设计要求。
The parameter monitoring system for directional drilling rig in coal mine based on universal PLC controller was developed based on the design ideas of universality, extensibility and modularity. Combined with the practical problems of the matching directional drilling rig, such as complex function, compact layout and limited installation space, the key technologies in the parameter monitoring system are introduced, including key components selection design, explosion proof structure design,system hardware design, system software design. The performance test shows that the parameter monitoring system has stable performance, all kinds of drilling parameters of the drilling rig can be accurately monitored, and the technical specifications meet the design requirements.
