摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法对苦荞中不同部位的槲皮素含量进行测定。方法:建立高效液相色谱法测定苦荞中槲皮素含量的方法。流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(60∶40),检测波长370 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃。结果:苦荞不同部位槲皮素含量为:叶(0.58 mg/g)〉茎(0.13mg/g)〉根(0.024mg/g),同一品种不同部位苦荞中槲皮素含量存在差异。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可为苦荞药材合理开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective to estabish a method for the determination of Quercetin in Fagopyrum tataricum(L.) Gaertn. from different parts. Methods : The contents of Quercetin were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase cosisted of methanol-0.4 % phosphoric acid(60:40), the detection wavelength was 370 nm, with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the temperature at 25 ℃. Results: The descending order of quercetin content in the samples of different parts of Fagopyrum tataricum(L.)Gaertn. was leaf(0.58 mg/g) stem(0.13 mg/g) root(0.024 mg/g).There were differences from different parts of the same variety. Conclusion: The method for determination of quercetin is sample, accurate and with good repeatability, which could provide a scientific basis for rational development and utilization.
