摘要
通过对高职数字媒体艺术设计专业顶岗实习评价体系存在的问题进行分析,为确保顶岗实习效果,提高人才培养质量,基于现代学徒试点实践,提炼构建了一套符合区域经济环境,高职校企双主导的、操作性强、体现岗位特点的现代学徒制顶岗实习评价体系,以强化学生顶岗实习过程的管理与监督,保障现代学徒制人才培养模式的有效性。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the post-internship evaluation system of digital media art design in higher vocational colleges. In order to ensure the effect of post-internship practice and improve the quality of personnel training, based on the practice of modern apprentice pilots, a set of economic environment is established in accordance with the regional economic environment. The modern apprenticeship internship evaluation system, which is dominated by enterprises and has strong operational characteristics and reflects the characteristics of the post, strengthens the management and supervision of the students' internship process and guarantees the effectiveness of the modern apprenticeship training mode.
