夜班对不同职称护士心理健康状况影响的差异研究

摘要
目的本研究旨在了解不同职称护士心理健康现状及影响因素,为护理管理者提供临床管理依据,促进护士身心健康,维护整体护理队伍的稳定性。方法调查某三甲医院护士203名,填写人口学调查量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)用以了解护士的心理健康状况及影响的相关因素。结果不同职称护士SCL-90得分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护士群体的SCL-90得分高于全国常模;护士是否值夜班差异比较中,对抑郁、焦虑和敌对因子的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);夜班频率,一周2次及以上与一周1次,在人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对和偏执因子上的比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护士的心理健康低于常模,护士的心理健康状况不容忽视,尤其是值夜班护士的心理状况较不值夜班岗位护士更易产生抑郁、焦虑和敌对情绪,医院管理层应注重护理人员心理健康的建设,根据不同职称护理人员存在的心理健康状况进行改善,提升总体主观幸福感。
        Objective To understand the mental health status and influencing factors of nurses with different professional titles, to provide evidence for managers, to promote the physical and mental health of nurses,and to maintain the stability of the nursing team. Methods 203 nurses in a 3 A-grade hospital were recruited. Demographic survey scale and the SCL-90 scale was filled out to understand the mental health status and in influencing factors of nurses. Results There was no significant difference in SCL-90 among nurses with different professional titles(P > 0.05). The SCL-90 score of nurses was higher than the national norm. But the SCL-90 scores were statistically significant different between night shift and day work nurses, especially in the dimensions of depression, anxiety and hostility(P < 0.05). The frequency of the night shift, the twice and above one week and the one-time one week, the difference between the interpersonal sensitivity, the depression, the hostility and the paranoia were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The mental health of nurses is lower than the normal model. The mental health of nurses can not be ignored. In particular, the psychological status of night nurses is more likely to produce depression, anxiety and hostility than nurses without night shift. Hospital management should pay attention to the construction of mental health of nurses, improve the mental health of nurses with different professional titles, and enhance the overall subjective well-being.
