摘要

介绍企业财务会计管理的现状和精细化管理内涵,提出实施财务精细化管理的措施,概述了财务精细化管理的步骤,介绍了正确定位目标、确保投资效益、强化财务管理的职能、优化财务管理手段、遵循会计标准化及规范化原则。为了提高企业的财务管理效率,降低企业资金管理风险,应在保证企业财务系统运行平稳的情况下,高效管理企业财务工作。
        This paper introduces the current situation of enterprise financial accounting management and the connotation of fine management,and puts forward measures to implement it. It outlines the steps of financial fine management. Then it introduces the correct orientation of objectives,ensuring investment benefits,strengthening the functions of financial management,optimizing financial management means,and following the principles of accounting standardization and standardization. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise financial management and reduce the risk of enterprise capital management,we should manage enterprise financial accounting work efficiently under the condition of ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise financial system.
