摘要
根据云南文山某多金属矿选锌尾矿的MLA工艺矿物学分析,初步确立了采用浮选回收其中锡石的工艺.为进一步明确浮选药剂制度,分别进行了捕收剂用量单因素试验及调整剂用量响应曲面优化试验.单因素试验结果表明,对于该选锌尾矿,捕收剂JSY-19的最佳用量为1 200g/t,辅助捕收剂P86最佳用量为70 g/t.响应曲面优化试验结果表明,各调整剂的最佳用量分别为Na2CO3157. 75 g/t、CMC 40. 84 g/t、KT-51 362. 76 g/t,在该条件下,锡精矿品位和回收率分别可达3. 31%和72. 18%,实际浮选结果与软件优化拟合结果基本一致.采用上述试验确立的药剂用量进行浮选闭路实验,最终获得的锡精矿品位为6. 04%,回收率为85. 21%.
        According to the MLA process mineralogy analysis of zinc tailings of a polymetallic mine in Wenshan,Yunnan,the process for the recovery of cassiterite by flotation was initially established. In order to further clarify the flotation reagent system,the single factor tests of the collector and the response surface tests of the regulator were performed. The single-factor test results show that,for this mineral,the best of collector JSY-19 is 1 200 g/t,and the best dosage of auxiliary collector P86 is 70 g/t. The response surface test results show that the best dosage of each regulator is Na2 CO3157. 75 g/t,CMC 40. 84 g/t,KT-51 362. 76 g/t. Under these conditions,tin concentrate grade and recovery can reach 3. 31% and 72. 18%. And the actual flotation results are basically consistent with the response surface test results. The floatation closed-circuit experiments using the dosage of reagent established in the above experiments. The final tin concentrate grade was 6. 05% and the recovery was 85. 21%.
