摘要
为了满足液体质量的准确测量,提出了一种新的小信号温度补偿设计方案。采用高精度的差分输入信号电桥电路,选用AD8429超低噪声、低温漂、高共模抑制比仪表放大器,设计带有温度补偿的温差小信号两级放大电路,通过对芯片温度和环境温度的双重温度考虑,采用铂电阻Pt100,对其进行特殊处理,将其附着在主芯片AD8429上,能够及时感应芯片以及环境温度的变化。测试结果表明,该方案可行,提高了液体质量测量精度,具有一定的实用性。
        In order to meet the quality of liquid measurement accurately,this paper proposed a new design of small signal temperature compensation. By using differential input signal of a bridge circuit with high precision and choosing AD8429 instrument amplifier with ultra- low noise,low temperature drift,high common mode rejection ratio,temperature difference with temperature compensation was designed for small signal two- stage amplifier circuit. Taking into account the dual temperature of chip temperature and environmental temperature offered,and by attaching special processed Pt100 platinum resistance to the main chip AD8429,the chip and the change of environmental temperature could be timely sensed. Test results show that the scheme is feasible,can improve the quality of liquid measurement accuracy and has certain practicality.
