摘要
利用煤岩学研究以评价煤质对扩大炼焦煤资源、稳定和提高焦炭质量具有重要的意义。通过对澳煤、圣雄煤该2种炼焦煤的煤岩显微组分分析表明,若将在开采过程中混入较多天然焦的炼焦煤用于配煤,可造成焦炭强度明显下降;若煤中镜质体存在大量碎片和裂纹现象,可显著降低黏结性并影响其在配煤中应有的作用。
It is of great importance to use coal petrography analysis to evaluate the significance of coal quality for enlarging coking coal resources and stabilizing and improving coke quality.By analyzing the macerals of two coking coals(Australian coal and Shengxiong coal),the results showed that if the coking coal mixed with more nature coke in mining process were used in coal blending,the obvious decrease of coke strength would happen;if a large number of fragments and cracks exist in vitrinite,decrease of caking index would happen,and its effect in coal blending would be affected.
