摘要
论文探讨了复合喷吹铁水预处理脱硫剂的选择及其脱硫原理,对复合喷吹铁水预处理中几个关键喷吹参数的选取和优化进行了分析,对系统的关键设备-流态化装置进行了研究。研究结果表明,脱硫效果良好。
The selection of desulphurization power and the principle of desulphurization of liquid iron pretreatment with CaO+Mg powder through compound injection were analyzed.Several key technical data and optimized in the injection process also were discussed.The key equipment of fluidizing device was discussed as well.The results show that good effect on desulphurization.
