摘要
为了应对高温高湿及沿海地区架空导线腐蚀加剧的问题,世界各国都在极力研究解决方案,在这种背景下,热镀锌铝合金技术应运而生。简单回顾了热镀锌铝合金技术的发展历程,对当前热镀锌铝合金技术进行了介绍和对比。对Zn-5%Al-RE合金镀层和纯锌镀层的抗腐蚀能力进行了对比分析,以期为提升国内输电线路的防腐能力提供一个可行的解决方案。
        Hot dipped zinc-aluminum alloy coating technology is researched under the background that every country is working on a program to solve the problem of overhead conductors got rusted easily in extremely hot and humid climate,as well as seaside area. The article gives a brief review to the development of hot dipped zinc-aluminum alloy coating technology,introduces and compares current hot dipped zinc-aluminum alloy coating technologies. The article also compares and analyzes the anti-rusty ability between Zn-5% Al-RE alloy coating and pure zinc coating,in order to provide a workable solution to improve the anti-rusty ability of domestic electric transmission lines.
