摘要
为提高常规免疫层析技术的检测灵敏度,引入生物素-链霉亲和素系统,以荧光微球作为标记物,建立了一种新型快速定量检测NT-pro BNP的方法.试验结果表明:新型试剂盒在0.02~30μg·L~(-1)范围能对NT-proBNP实现快速检测.在全血检测中,新型试纸条所测NT-pro BNP浓度与雷度快速免疫分析仪定量检测结果具有很好的一致性.新型免疫层析试纸条大大提高了快速检测的准确性,可广泛用于床旁检验(POCTs)等临床诊断阶段.
        In order to improve the sensitivity of conventional immunochromatography,a novel rapid and quantitative assay for NT-pro BNP was established by introducing biotin-streptavidin system and using fluorescent microspheres as a marker.The results showed that the new kit could detect NT-pro BNP rapidly in the range of 0.02 ~ 30 μg·L~(-1). In whole blood test,the NT-pro BNP concentration measured by the new test strip was in good agreement with the quantitative detection results of the Radio Meter AQT90 FLEX analyzer. The new immunochromatographic test strip greatly improved the accuracy of rapid test,and may be widely used in clinical diagnosis such as bedside test( POCTs).
