摘要
铸造业已经向数字化、网络化、智能化变革,基于铸造过程数值模拟仿真技术可以实现对铸造过程定性、定量可视化验证。通过对液压柱塞泵盖铸件结构分析,预先比较确定铸造工艺,运用数值模拟进行充型模拟和凝固模拟验证,实际浇注铸件检测合格。通过数值模拟技术为薄厚不均匀液压球墨铸铁铸件的开发提供可视化指导,缩短新产品开发周期、降低开发成本。
The foundry industry has been transformed into digital,networked and intelligent industry. Based on the numerical simulation technology of foundry process,the qualitative and quantitative visualization verification of foundry process can be realized.Through the analysis of the casting structure of the hydraulic plunger pump cover,the casting process was determined in advance,and the filling simulation and solidification simulation were performed by numerical simulation. Numerical simulation technology can provide visual guidance for the development of thin and thick non-uniform hydraulic ductile iron castings,shorten the development cycle of new products and reduce the cost.
