摘要
利用4004、3003铝合金熔点差对434复合板废料进行合金分离,对普通工艺和配入4004铝合金废料两种工艺生产4032铝合金圆铸锭在外观质量、化学成分、低倍组织、显微组织和铸态力学性能进行对比分析。
Alloy separation from 434 composite scraps was carried out by use of the melting point difference between 4004 and 3003 alloys. Comparison analysis on appearance quality, chemical composition, microstructure and as-cast mechanical properties of 4032 aluminum alloy ingots produced by traditional process and 4004 scraps addition method was conducted.
