盐酸酸化缓蚀剂PA-CI的缓蚀性能评价及机理研究

摘要
以有机胺、甲醛和有机酮为原料合成了曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂PA-CI。通过红外光谱对合成产物的结构进行了表征,并分别采用静态挂片失重法和电化学分析法评价了其缓蚀性能与机理。静态失重法实验结果表明,在20%盐酸中,缓蚀剂加量为0.8%时,N80钢的腐蚀速率为2.14 g/(m~2·h);电化学研究结果表明,该缓蚀剂是以抑制阳极为主、作用机理为几何覆盖效应的混合型缓蚀剂,其在N80钢片表面上的吸附符合Langmuir单分子层等温吸附。通过相关热力学与腐蚀动力学参数的计算,进一步阐述了该缓蚀剂的吸附机理,其在N80表面的吸附为化学吸附,且吸附状态是无序化的。
        According to the Mannich reaction principle, the corrosion inhibitor PA-CI had been synthesized using Formaldehyde, acetophenone and diethanolamine as raw materials. PA-CI was well characterized by IR spectrum, besides, its inhibition performance and mechanism was studied by the methods of weight-loss and electrochemical. Mass loss results suggested that the corrosion rate of N80 steel plate in 20%HCl solution was 2.14 g/(m~2.h) when the dosage of inhibitor added was 0.8%,which is higher than the oil industry standard SY/T 5405-1996 as a first class corrosion inhibitor product. Electrochemical studies indicated that the corrosion inhibitor mainly controlled anodic processes and the mechanism was mainly geometric overlay effect. The adsorption on the surface of N80 steel sheet conforms to the isotherm adsorption of Langmuir monolayer. The adsorption mechanism of the corrosion inhibitor is further explained by the calculation of related thermodynamics and corrosion kinetic parameters: it is chemically adsorbed on the surface of N80, and the adsorption state is disordered.
