摘要
对市政地下浅埋混凝土箱形工作井进行预制拼装化改造可取得良好的经济、社会效益,拼装接缝的传力性能较为关键。提出3种非叠合式预制板拼装接缝的钢筋连接构造,在已有试验研究的基础上,使用ANSYS有限元软件对3种钢筋连接构造的湿接缝受弯性能进行数值模拟分析,模拟结果与试验数据吻合较好。研究结果表明,带搭接段的U形纵筋加横向插销筋锁定的钢筋构造从加工及布筋容许误差、拼装难度、受弯性能等方面更具优势。
        Prefabrication and consolidation of municipal underground shallow-buried concrete box-shaped working wells can achieve good economic and social benefits,and the transmission performance of assembled joints is more critical. Three types of non-laminated prefabricated panel joints are proposed.Based on the existing experimental research,the ANSYS software is used to simulate the bending performance of the wet joints. Simulation results are good agreement with the experimental data. The research shows that the U-shaped longitudinal reinforcement has advantages in allowable error of processing and arrangement of reinforcements,assembly difficulty and bending performance.
