摘要

针对目前我国大多数高速线材生产线属于摩根第3、第5代水平,急需升级改造的现状,研制了新型双机架减定径机组。介绍了新型双机架减定径机组的技术特点及应用效果。生产实践表明:终轧温度由950℃降至850℃以下,细化了组织晶粒,提高了产品性能;终轧速度由85m/s提高到105m/s;产品尺寸精度由原±0.25mm提高到±0.10mm;穿水后盘条表面不生锈,实现了降本增效和升级换代的目的。
        In view of the need to uppgrade urgently of the most of high speed wire rod production lines in China,a new type doublestand sizing reducer mill was developed.The technique chracteristics and application effects were introduced.The practice show that the finishing rolling temperature is dropped from 950℃to below 850℃,the grain is refined and the product performance is improved.The finishing rolling speed is increased from 85 m/s to 105 m/s,and the product size precision is increased from ±0.25 mm to±0.10 mm.Meanwhile,passing through the water,the surface of wire rod does not get rusty.It achieves the purpose of the cost decreasing and benefits increasing and also upgrade and updated.
