中药炮制对含苷类药物疗效及毒副作用的影响

摘要
目的探讨中药炮制对含苷类药物疗效及毒副作用的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月在本院行中药治疗的患者136例,利用随机数表法分为2组,各68例。给予对照组服用未经炮制的含苷类药物,给予观察组服用经规范中药炮制处理的含苷类药物,对比2组临床疗效及毒副作用。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.06%(66/68)较对照组85.29%(58/68)高,毒副反应发生率1.47%较对照组11.76%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药炮制可有效提升含苷类药物疗效,降低毒副作用发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine preparation on the efficacy and side effects of glucoside drugs.Methods 136 cases of Chinese medicine treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 68 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given unprocessed glucoside drugs, and the patients in the observation group were given glucoside drugs processed by standard Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.06 %) was higher than that of the control group(85.29%), and the incidence of toxic and side effects of the observation group(1.47 %) was lower than that of the control group(11.76%), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine processing can effectively improve the efficacy of glucoside drugs and reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects.
