拒水防油针刺毡滤料的应用与生产实践

摘要
阐述针刺毡滤料的特性、过滤机理和工况应用,阐明特定工况环境对针刺毡滤料进行拒水防油处理的重要性,介绍拒水防油针刺毡滤料产品的针刺和后处理工序的工艺技术要点,以及工艺流程及其创新点和设备布置。拒水防油针刺毡滤料具有耐水解、防酸碱腐蚀等特点,是含水含油含湿含尘工况环境应用之首选产品。
The characteristics,filtering mechanism and working condition application of needling felt filter materials were described,and the importance of water-repellent and oil-proof treatment for needle felt filter materials under special working conditions was explained. The key points of technology during needling and after treatment for the water repellent and oil proof needling felt filter products,as well as the process and its innovation points and the arrangement of equipment,were introduced. The water repellent and oil proof needling felt filter materials possessed the features including hydrolysis resistance and anti acid-alkali corrosion,so they were the first choice for the application under conditions containing water,oil,wet and dust.
