摘要
根据GA10—2014《消防员灭火防护服》行业标准对灭火防护服外层面料的性能要求,采用同一规格的NomexⅢA纱线设计织造了满足标准的15种不同织物结构参数的芳纶织物,通过垂直燃烧法测定其阻燃性能,并应用灰色关联度分析法探究各织物结构参数对NomexⅢA芳纶织物阻燃性能的影响程度。结果表明:覆盖系数对NomexⅢA织物阻燃性能影响最显著;其次为厚度、单位面积质量;再是单位体积质量;织物组织对织物阻燃性能影响最小。15种织物中,织物组织为2/1斜纹、经密为320根/10cm、纬密为280根/10cm,厚度为0.520 mm,单位面积质量为207g/m~2,单位体积质量为0.398g/cm~3,覆盖系数为90.6%的织物阻燃性能最好。
According to the performance requirements of industry standard GA10—2014 "Firemen's Protective Clothing for Firefighting" for the outer fabric of protective clothing,15 kinds of aramid fabrics with different structure parameters were designed and fabricated by NomexⅢA yarn of the same specification.The flame retardancy of the aramid fabrics was tested by vertical burning method,and the influence of different fabric structure parameters on NomexⅢA fabric flame retardancy was explored by gray correlation analysis method.The results showed that the fabric cover factor had the most significant effect on the flame retardancy,followed by thickness,mass per unit area and mass per unit volume;the fabric weave had the least effect on the flame retardancy of the fabric.Among the 15 kinds of fabrics,the fabric under the following conditions could gain the best flame retardancy:fabric weave 2/1twill,warp density 320yarns/10 cm,weft density 280yarns/10 cm,thickness 0.520 mm,mass per unit area 207g/m~2,mass per unit volume 0.398g/cm~3,and cover factor 90.6%.
