创业惯习研究综述和量表开发——基于“市场——社群”双元逻辑

摘要
创业惯习是理解区域创业实践和地区间创业生态系统差异的有效工具,然而有关创业惯习维度和测量工具等都有待进一步开发。本研究针对这一研究空白,通过对近十年国外高水平期刊上有关创业惯习的文献收集和分析,系统归纳了创业惯习的维度和内容,建立了基于"市场——社群"双元逻辑的创业惯习分析框架。并在此基础上通过对创业者进行半结构化访谈,获得定性数据来提炼和识别市场惯习和社群惯习各自对应的内容和问卷条目,开发了创业惯习的测量量表,为理解和分析区域创业实践以及地区间创业生态系统差异提供了系统的分析框架和测量工具。
        Entrepreneurship habitus is a practical lens to understand the differences among entrepreneurial ecosystems and practices within. However,dimensions and measurements remain as research gap for long. In this research,we conclud top research works to present and establish the entrepreneurship habitus dimensions,as "market-community". By conducting semi-structured interviews and extracting codes,we develop scales to measure entrepreneurship habitus,which is an effective toolkit and a systematic framework for understanding and analysing regional entrepreneurship and the differences among them.
