摘要
文章主要阐述了基桩高应变仪加速度传感器落锤比较法校准系统的组成、原理,介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术设计的校准、软件功能,实现了落锤式冲击比较法对基桩高应变仪加速度传感器的校准。通过试验测量了该系统可产生加速度的峰值、脉宽范围,并分别通过比较法和绝对法进行校准比较,对该系统测量数据的可靠性进行了验证。
        The composition and principle of the accelerometer drop hammer calibration system for pile high strain gauge were described in this paper. The calibration and software functions based on virtual instrument technology were introduced. The calibration of accelerometer for high strain gauge based on drop hammer impact comparison method was realized. The peak value and pulse width range of the system were measured through experiments. The reliability of the measurement data of the system was verified by comparison and absolute calibration.
