摘要
目的:探讨黄芪注射液对人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞生物学行为的影响。方法:将人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞分为对照组及不同浓度黄芪注射液的实验组,在光学显微镜下观察细胞形态学变化;划痕修复实验、Transwell迁移实验观察细胞迁移能力;Transwell Matrigel侵袭实验观察细胞侵袭能力。结果:显微镜下可见实验组细胞增殖明显受到抑制,生长缓慢。划痕修复实验中,细胞培养12 h及24 h后,不同浓度黄芪注射液的实验组划痕愈合率均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。Transwell迁移实验及侵袭实验显示,对照组比较,不同浓度黄芪注射液的实验组迁移细胞数及侵袭细胞数均明显减少(均P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液可抑制人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞增殖,降低人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞迁移、侵袭能力。
        Objective:To evaluate the effect of Astragalus membranaceus injection on the biological behavior of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) CNE-1 cells.Methods:Human NPC CNE-1 cells were divided into a control group and different concentrations of Astragalus injection group(experimental groups).The changes of cell morphology were observed under light microscope.The cell migration and invasion capabilities were detected by wound healing assay,Transwell migration assay and Transwell Matrigel invasion assay,respectively.Results:The cell proliferation was significantly inhibited in the experimental groups,and the growth of cells was slow.The migration rate of the experimental groups was lower than that of the control group at 12 h and 24 h(P<0.01).The concentration of migrating cells and the number of invading cells were significantly reduced in the experimental groups when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus membranaceus injection could inhibit the proliferation of NPC CNE-1 cells and reduce the migration and invasion capabilities of CNE-1 cells.
