探讨改良后外侧入路支撑钢板治疗后侧Pilon骨折的临床研究

摘要
目的研究改良后外侧入路支撑钢板治疗后侧Pilon骨折的临床研究。方法选取该院2018年1—12月收治的后侧Pilon骨折患者80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,即对照组和研究组,每组患者40例。对照组患者实施由前向后空心钉固定治疗,研究组患者采取改良后外侧入路支撑钢板治疗。对比两组患者手术效果指标、踝关节功能、AOFAS评分、并发症发生率以及患者疼痛对比。结果研究组患者骨折愈合时间、踝关节功能、AOFAS评分明显优于对照组,且患者疼痛强度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对后侧Pilon骨折患者实施改良后外侧入路支撑钢板治疗,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical study of modified posterolateral approach supporting plate in the treatment of lateral Pilon fracture. Methods Eighty patients with posterior Pilon fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and research group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with anterior-posterior hollow nail fixation, while the patients in the study group were treated with improved posterolateral approach supporting plate. The operative effect index, ankle function, AOFAS score, incidence of complications and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The fracture healing time, ankle function and AOFAS score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the pain intensity of the patients was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in operation time, hospitalization time and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Modified posterolateral approach supporting plate treatment for posterolateral Pilon fracture is effective and worthy of popularization and application.
