《山东省建筑工程消耗量定额》中现浇梁的分类与分析

摘要
在建筑工程计价过程中,由于图纸及规范中对梁的描述与定额有所不同,甚至对属性的定义、分类的方法等有着较大的差异,且随着2016版新版定额的发布,对钢筋混凝土工程中梁的定额分类又进行了调整,这给刚进入造价工作的人员带来一定困扰,也在造价审核工作带来了各种争议。文章通过结合造价管理工作与现场施工工艺,对现浇混凝土梁的力学性能、施工工艺、施工措施、定额套项等方面进行梳理和研究,将施工工序和定额组价的各分项对应联系,更好理解组价的原理和本质,以便对相似定额项目能更好的区分,达到准确适用定额的目标,做到过程中对造价动态管理,结算中对造价准确计算。另外,通过对各类梁板的支撑措施进行分析,以及对不同支撑系统相对应的定额进行研究,从侧面理解各类现浇梁不同定额项的本质,希望对造价从业人员有所帮助。
In the process of building engineering valuation, because the description and quota of beams in drawings and specifications are different, even the definition and classification methods of attributes are quite different. With the release of the new edition of the quota in 2016, the quota classification of beams in reinforced concrete engineering has been adjusted again, which brings some troubles to those who have just entered the cost work, and also in the cost auditing work. All kinds of disputes have arisen. This paper combs and studies the mechanical properties, construction technology, construction measures and quota sets of cast-in-situ concrete beams by combining cost management with on-site construction technology, and links the construction process and each sub-item of quota set price, so as to better understand the principle and essence of the set price, so as to better distinguish similar quota items and achieve accurate applicable quota. The goal is to manage the cost dynamically in the process and calculate the cost accurately in the settlement. In addition, through the analysis of supporting measures of various kinds of beams and slabs, and the study of the corresponding quotas of different supporting systems, the essence of different quotas of cast-in-place beams is understood from the side, hoping to be helpful to the cost practitioners.
