岩爆倾向性条件下卸压开采关键技术研究

摘要
岩爆活动的影响,小厂坝采区800m中段至今仍留有近30万t高品位矿石未开采,且800m中段以下的生产工作也无法顺利开展,岩爆问题严重制约矿山的安全生产。在总结分析岩爆发生机理及国内外岩爆防治研究成果的基础上,针对岩爆倾向条件下对采矿工艺的特殊要求,优选出采矿方法;借用南非深井开采经验,确定了矿房沿走向的布置形式,并制定了回采顺序;基于卸压开采理论,结合小厂坝岩爆区域采场现状,提出了3种卸压开采方案,通过数值模拟、综合分析对比确定"梅花形"卸压方案为最优,最终形成了岩爆倾向性条件下卸压开采的关键技术。该技术在后续工程应用中取得了良好效果,可为同类型矿山岩爆倾向性条件下的开采提供借鉴。
        Affected by rock burst activities,so far nearly 300000 tons of high-grade ores at the level 800 min Xiaochangba mining area remain unmined,and the production work below the level 800 mcannot be carried out smoothly.Rock burst problem seriously restricts the safety production of the mine.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the mechanism of rock burst and the research results of rock burst prevention and control at home and abroad,the mining method is optimized according to the special requirements of mining technology under the condition of rock burst proneness.Drawing on the experience of deep well mining in South Africa,the layout of the chamber along the strike is determined and the stoping sequence is formulated.Based on the theory of pressure relief mining and the present situation of the stope in the rock burst area of Xiaochangba,three kinds of pressure relief mining engineering schemes are proposed.Through numerical simulation,comprehensive analysis and comparison,the "plum blossom shape" pressure relief plan is determined to be the optimal one,and the key technology of pressure relief mining under rock burst proneness is finally formed.The technology has achieved good results in the subsequent engineering application and can provide a reference for the mining of the same type of mine under the condition of rock burst proneness.
