摘要
硫酸再生装置为高温、易爆、有毒装置,对安全联锁的可靠性要求很高,该装置选用HIMA公司H51q-HRS系统,实现了装置的紧急停车系统,同时系统内还实现了点火程序、气密性测试程序的顺序控制,体现了系统功能的多样性,为该装置的安全平稳运行奠定了基础。
The high temperature, explosive and toxic device characterize the sulfuric acid regeneration plant which has high requirement for the reliability of safety interlocking and employs H51 q-HRS system to realize ESD in the operation, including the sequential control of the ignition sequence and air tightness test program, which reflects the diversity of system functions and lays a foundation for the safe and stable operation of the plant.
