摘要
目的分析1998-2017年贵州省惠水县消化道恶性肿瘤发病率及其变化趋势,为肿瘤防治措施制定和实施提供参考依据。方法采用1998-2017年贵州省惠水县癌症发病登记数据库资料,对消化道恶性肿瘤进行分析,计算指标包括发病率、中标率、世标率及年平均变化百分比等。结果 1998-2017年贵州省惠水县消化道恶性肿瘤发病9 954例(男性6 384例,女性3 570例),平均发病率为106.05/10万(男性125.54/10万,女性86.49/10万)。中标率77.06/10万(男性89.84/10万,女性61.41/10万),世标率77.21/10万(男性90.12/10万,女性61.49/10万);20年中发病率、中标率、世标化发病率年均变化百分比分别为8.49%、7.01%、7.49%。发病率在50岁以下年龄段较低,维持64.83/10万以下,50岁以上年龄段发病率迅速上升,80~岁年龄段达到峰值537.61/10万,男女性各年龄段消化道恶性肿瘤发病率上升趋势基本一致,男性发病率上升幅度高于女性。发病率排第1位是肝癌28.93/10万(男性39.30/10万,女性16.26/10万),后依次为结直肠癌、胃癌、胰腺癌和食管癌。结论贵州省惠水县20年来消化道恶性肿瘤发病率有明显上升趋势,应引起高度重视。
        Objective To analyze the incidence and trends of gastrointestinal malignancies in Huishui of Guizhou Province from 1998 to 2017,so as to provide reference basis for the formulation and implementation of cancer prevention and treatment measures.Methods The cancer registration data from 1996 to 2015 were collected,and the incidence of gastrointestinal malignancies was analyzed by gender and age.Crude incidence,age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population(ASR China)and by world standard population(ASR world)and annual percentage change(APC)were calculated.Results The number of new gastrointestinal malignancies cases was 9 954(male 6 384,female 3 570).The crude incidence,ASR China and ASR world were 106.05/105(male 125.54/105,female 86.49/105),77.06/105(male 89.84/105,female 61.41/105)and 77.21/105(male 90.12/105,female 61.49/105),respectively.During the twenty years period,the PCs of incidence,ASR China and ASR world were +8.49%,+7.01% and +7.49%,respectively.The incidence of gastrointestinal malignant tumors in different age groups decreased significantly with the increase of age,and maintained below 64.83/105.The incidence increased rapidly over 50 years old,reaching a peak of 537.61/105 at 80-year-old.The incidence of gastrointestinal malignancies in male and female of all ages was basically the same,and male incidence increased more than female.The incidence rate of liver cancer ranked first at 28.93/105(males 39.30/105,female 16.26/105),followed by colorectal,stomach,pancreatic and esophageal cancer.Conclusion The incidence of digestive tract malignant tumors has been increasing in Huishui of Guizhou Province from 1998 to 2017,and more attention should be paid to the incidence trend of gastrointestinal malignancies.
