卡络磺钠用于颌面外科的止血效果

摘要
目的观察卡络磺钠用于頜面外科的止血效果方法选2017年1月～2018年6月于本院接受治疗的頜面软细个组织创伤患者100例,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组50例患者常规治疗,观察组50例患者使用卡络磺钠注射液液治疗,比较两组治疗临床疗效,治疗后的出血量与出血时间,,以及其对患者凝血功能(aPTT,PT,TT,Fbg)的不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为100%,对照组为70%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组出血量与出血时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);且药物对患者凝血功能(aPTT,PT,TT,Fbg)无任何影响,无血栓并发症发生。结论卡络磺钠用于頜面外科的止血效果确实,且无不良反应。
Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of sodium jaw in the surgical treatment.Methods 2017-01～2018-06 100 cases of soft and fine tissue trauma patients who were treated in the hospital,divided into two groups according to the Stochastic numerical table,and 50 patients in the control group were treated routinely,In the observation group,50 patients were treated with tongluo sodium injection fluid to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the amount of bleeding and the time of bleeding after treatment,and their adverse reactions to the coagulation function(aPTT,PT,TT,Fbg)of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,the control group was 70%(P<0.05),the hemorrhage and bleeding time of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the drug had no effect on the coagulation function(aPTT,PT,TT,Fbg)of the patients,and no thrombosis complications occurred.Conclusion The hemostatic effect of sodium jaw sulfonate in the surgical surface surgery is true,and there is no adverse reaction.
