摘要
阐述了改进陶瓷型芯的基体材料和制造工艺的必要性。总结了陶瓷型芯常用的成型方法及其优缺点。综述了硅基、铝基陶瓷型芯的研究现状,介绍了型芯制备及型芯脱除的新工艺,并针对陶瓷型芯中存在的问题提出了一些看法。
        The necessity of improving the base materials and manufacturing processes for ceramic cores was stated in this paper, and the usual manufacturing methods and the merits and drawbacks of these methods for ceramic cores were summarized. The development progress of silica-based and aluminum-based ceramic cores was systematically reviewed. Some new technologies for ceramic core preparation and removal were introduced, and some opinions on the problems of ceramic cores were put forward.
