摘要
<正>泌尿系结石发病率在人群中居高不下,欧美地区调查研究显示, 5%~10%的人一生中至少发生1次泌尿系结石[1]。我国泌尿系结石平均发病率达到6.5%,南方地区更高,达到11.6%[2]。近年来,国内泌尿系结石的发病率呈上升趋势,并且经治疗后5年内复发率在50.0%以上[3]。尿路结石以草酸钙结石及其混合成分为主要类型。骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)在体外能抑制草酸钙晶体的成核、生长和聚集,但在体内能促进草酸钙结石形成。现从OP
