摘要
采用热天平研究了U-GAS气化炉高碳飞灰燃烧特性,考察了灰分以及不同升温速率对飞灰燃烧特性的影响,探讨了飞灰造粒后应用于流化床锅炉燃烧的可行性.结果表明:与入炉煤粉相比,飞灰着火温度高、燃尽时间长、反应性较差;飞灰中灰分对飞灰燃烧性能和反应性能产生不利影响;随着升温速率增大,飞灰着火温度及燃尽温度升高,燃尽时间缩短,反应性增强;造粒后飞灰颗粒着火温度、燃尽温度均与煤粉接近,且它们的燃烧温度区域基本重合,颗粒可用于流化床锅炉燃烧.
        Thermogravimetric analyzer was employed to investigate the combustion properties of high-carbon fly ash derived from U-GAS gasifier.The influence of ashes and different heating rates on combustion characteristics were researched.In addition,the combustion feasibility of granular fly ash in a fluidized bed boiler was discussed.The results indicate that fly ash has a higher ignition temperature,a longer burning time,and a lower reactivity than its corresponding pulverized coal;the ashes of fly ash have a negative influence on combustion properties and combustion reactivity.With the increase of heating rate,the ignition and burnout temperature are increased,the burnout time are shortened and the combustion reactivity are enhanced;the ignition and burnout temperature of granular fly ash are close to those of pulverized coal.In addition,the combustion temperature areas of granular fly ash and pulverized coal are basically coincident,therefore,granular fly ash can be burned in a fluidized-bed boiler.
