智慧矿山标准发展现状及路径分析

摘要
针对矿山信息化建设存在信息孤岛,无法真正实现数据融合、业务融合以及全面的智慧决策分析问题,提出完善智慧矿山建设标准体系是有效解决手段。在明确智慧矿山标准内涵、特征和意义的基础上,从公开发布标准和学术论文2个方面研究了智慧矿山标准的发展现状,得出智慧矿山标准面临三大挑战:边界及范围不易确定、缺乏标准化组织和人员、标准扩散与推行存在阻力;参考已发布的智慧矿山相关标准,综合利用结构化方法和面向对象方法,构建了智慧矿山标准体系,并详细对比现有标准与标准体系的差距,给出对比明细表,并明确了现有标准的完善方向和策略;最后结合智慧矿山发展现状和标准体系建设情况,分析了我国智慧矿山标准的发展路径。
        In view of the information island existing in mine informatization construction,which can not really realize data fusion,business integration and comprehensive intelligent decision analysis,it is proposed that improving the standard system of intelligent mine construction is an effective solution.On the basis of clarifying the connotation,characteristics and significance of the smart mine standards,this paper studied its development status from the aspects of publicly released standards and academic papers.We found that the smart mine standards face three challenges: indeterminate boundary and scope,the lack of standardization organizations and personnel,the resistances to standard diffusion and implementation; With reference to the published top-level design standards for smart mines,comprehensively utilizing the structured method and the object-oriented method,China's standard system of smart mines was constructed.By comparing the gap between the existing standards and the standard system,the optimization directions of the smart mine standard system were pointed out; Finally,combining with the development status of smart mines and the construction of standard systems,the corresponding development paths were put forward.
