摘要
以福建农林大学食品科学学院食品科学与工程学科为例,探索与研究了一条符合其学科特点学院特色的创新应用型人才培养模式。学院因地制宜找准定位,并在此基础上创建了食品学科的"1234"创新应用型人才培养模式,用以缓解对食品类学生日渐多样的社会需求与高等教育资源的不匹配问题。该模式的探索将为农林院校以及全国的食品院校专业,结合本地省情、院情因地制宜培养符合社会发展需要的食品类创新应用型人才提供一个切实可行的参考。
Taking Food Science and Engineering Disciplines of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University for example, a training mode of innovative and application-oriented talents according to its disciplinary characteristics and school characteristics was explored and researched. The "1234" innovative applied talents training mode was created based on positioning local conditions which would alleviate the contradiction between increasing diversion of social demand for food students and higher education resources. The exploration of this model would provide a feasible reference for the food science major from agriculture and forestry universities, and the other universities, combining with the local situation, adjustment measures to local conditions.
