摘要

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的效果。方法选择80例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者进行为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为西药组(n=40,曲美他嗪治疗)和联合组(n=40,芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果、心室重构状况、神经内分泌因子、炎性细胞因子及心功能状况。结果联合组治疗总有效率明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,联合组左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、内皮素-1、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白及血浆NT-proBNP水平均显著优于西药组,6 min步行试验距离显著长于西药组(P<0.05)。结论缺血性心肌病心力衰竭应用芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗可抑制神经内分泌因子、炎性因子分泌,改善心室重构及心功能。
        Objective To investigate the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure. Methods Eighty patients with heart failure in ischemic cardiomyopathy were selected as study objects, and divided into western medicine group(n=40, trimetazidine treatment) and combined group(n=40, Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine treatment) according to the random number table method. The therapeutic effect, ventricular remodeling status, neuroendocrine factors, inflammatory cytokines factors and cardiac function status of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(P <0.05). One month after treatment, the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left ventricular end-systolic volume, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, endothelin-1, angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α, C-reactive protein and plasma NTproBNP of the combined group were significantly better than those in the western medicine group, and the distance of the sixminute walking test was significantly longer than that in the western medicine group(P <0.05). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine can inhibit the secretion of neuroendocrine factors and inflammatory factors, improve ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure.
