摘要

本文在对集成电路高端设计人才培养现状与特征的分析基础上,提出了新型的"2+1+1"集成电路人才培养模式。通过建立强调精英教育与专业教育的课程体系,加强实践环节深化专业能力培养,采取多元、动态的课程考核方式,建立"双导师"制校企联合学生培养机制等手段,实现集成电路高端设计人才培养的目标。
        Based on the analysis of current situation and characteristics of high-level integrated circuit designer training, a new "2+1+1" training mode is proposed in this paper. Through establishing a curriculum system that emphasizes elite education and professional education, increasing the practical aspects to improve profession-ability training, adopting multi-dimensional and dynamic curriculum assessment methods, establishing double tutor schoolenterprise joint student training mechanism and other means, the goal of high-level integrated circuit designer training is successfully achieved.
