B超在中医药针灸治疗排卵障碍妇女不孕症中的应用研究

摘要
目的探究将中药针灸治疗应用于排卵障碍妇女不孕症中患者治疗效果,并用B超对治疗效果进行判断,评价临床应用意义。方法在该院中选择时间段2016年5月—2018年6月间收入的所有排卵障碍性不孕症患者的一般资料,并根据该次实验要求,抽取出其中68例患者纳入研究开展实验,通过两组均分法将所有患者分为对照组(n=34)与实验组(n=34)。对照组患者采用克罗米芬配合中药用进行治疗,实验组患者则在对照组的治疗基础上加用针灸方案进行治疗,并用B超对患者的卵泡发育情况进行观察,判断两组患者的治疗效果。结果该次研究成果显示,B超观察下实验组患者中29(85.29%)例患者恢复正常排卵,而对照组患者中有14(41.18%)例患者恢复正常排卵;实验组患者的妊娠率较对照组明显更高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对排卵障碍妇女的不孕症进行治疗时,应用中医药配合针灸治疗方案,有助于改善患者的病症的同时,应用B超对患者的排卵状况进行检验,有助于明确患者的治疗效果,促进患者妊娠率的提高,具有高度的应用价值,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on infertility of ovulation disorder women, and to evaluate the clinical application significance by B-ultrasound.Methods From May 2016 to June 2018, the general data of all infertility patients with ovulation disorder were selected.According to the requirements of this experiment, 68 patients were selected and included in the study. All patients were divided into two groups: control group(n=34) and experimental group(n=34). The patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene combined with traditional Chinese medicine, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion program. Results The results of this study showed that 29(85.29%) of the patients in the experimental group returned to normal ovulation, while 14(41.18%)of the patients in the control group returned to normal ovulation. Conclusion In the treatment of infertility in women with ovulation disorder, the application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment scheme is helpful to improve the treatment of infertility.
