加减生脉二陈汤治疗隐源性机化性肺炎的临床观察

摘要
目的探讨生脉二陈汤对隐源性机化性肺炎患者临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月期间隐源性机化性肺炎的患者52例,随机分为两组:对照组26例,予临床常规治疗;治疗组26例,在对照组的基础上联合应用生脉二陈汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候疗效、肺功能、生存质量、临床疗效和安全性,其结果应用统计学软件SPSS 19. 0进行数据分析。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者肺功能的FEV1%、VC%、DLCO%水平升高,CAT量表评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组患者治疗后中医证候疗效、FEV1%、VC%、DLCO%水平均优于对照组,CAT量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组之间不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。结论生脉二陈汤对隐源性机化性肺炎患者具有较好的临床疗效,改善生存质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengmai Erchen Decoction in the treatment of cryptogenic organic pneumonia. Methods 52 patients with cryptogenic organic pneumonia in respiratory department of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 26 patients in the control group were given routine clinical treatment,and 26 patients in the treatment group were treated with Shengmai Erchen Decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of TCM syndromes,pulmonary function,quality of life,clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 19. 0. Results Compared with before treatment,the FEV1%,VC% and DLCO% were increased and the scores of CAT scale was decreased in the two groups after treatment. Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes,the FEV1%,VC% and DLCO% in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of CAT scale were lower than those in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group( 92. 31%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 65. 38%),indicating the significant difference( P <0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Shengmai Erchen Decoction has a good clinical effect on patients with cryptogenic organic pneumonia. It can not only improve the quality of life,but also has a high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
