烟草种子成熟过程抗氧化酶活性变化与种子活力的关系

摘要
研究不同成熟时期烟草种子抗氧化酶活性变化规律,分析其与种子活力之间的关系,为烟草种子成熟采收提供判断依据。以‘红花大金元’、‘MS云烟87’、‘MSK326’和‘云烟97’不同成熟时期的种子为试验材料,测定萌发率、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化。4个烟草品种种子在成熟过程中,萌发率逐渐升高,授粉后35 d达80%以上,总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性随着种子的成熟而下降,下降速度具体表现为先快后慢。而过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化趋势则表现为先上升后下降,成熟后期又有上升。结合烟草种子抗氧化酶活性的变化同表征种子活力指标之一的萌发率的相关性分析表明,总超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶的活性同种子萌发率呈极显著线性负相关。随着烟草种子的成熟,萌发率逐渐升高,T-SOD和POD活性逐渐降低,T-SOD和POD活性的变化可以作为快速判断种子活力并决定种子采收时间的重要依据。
        This research was established to investigate the antioxidant enzyme activity variation of tobacco seed in different mature periods, and study the relationship between antioxidant enzyme activity and seed vigor, so as to provide reference for judging the mature of tobacco seeds. Tobacco seeds of Honghuadajinyuan, MS Yunyan 87,MS K326 and Yunyan 97 in different mature periods were collected as test materials to investigate the germination rate, activity change of T-SOD, POD and CAT. The germination rate of 4 tobacco varieties increased gradually in the process of maturation, which reached more than 80% in 35 d after pollination. The activity of T-SOD and POD decreased with the mature of seeds, and decrease speed was fast first and then slow. While the activity of CAT increased first and then decreased, and increased again during maturation. Changes of antioxidant enzyme activities in tobacco seeds and the correlation analysis of germination rate of seed indicated that the activity of T-SOD and POD had extremely significant linear negative correlation with seed germination rate. As the maturity of tobacco seed, seed germination rate increased, while the activity of T-SOD and POD decreased. Therefore, the activity of T-SOD and POD could be used to determine time for seed harvest.
