造纸污泥与市政污泥混合处理可行性研究

摘要
以濮阳市龙丰纸业造纸污泥及市辖区3座污水处理厂市政污泥作为研究对象,对造纸污泥和市政污泥的泥质进行了比对分析,对其潜在生态风险进行了评价。结果表明,造纸污泥有机质含量介于市级和县级的市政污泥之间,高于猪厩肥和农用有机肥标准,重金属含量低于市政污泥,且形态稳定,潜在生态风险低,是一种良好的有机肥料资源,可以和市政污泥一起混合处理。
        Sewage sludge samples were collected from Longfeng Paper Co.,Ltd. and three wastewater treatment plants in Puyang city. Composition of these samples were analyzed and compared,their ecological risks were evaluated by Hakanson method. The results showed that the organic matter content of papermaking sludge was in between municipal and county-level municipal sludge,higher than that of pig manure and agricultural organic fertilizer,the content of heavy metal was lower than municipal sludge,the shape was stable and the potential ecological risk was low. It was a good organic fertilizer resource and could be synchronous disposed with municipal sludge.
