摘要
通过ANSYS软件对烧结保温砌块的块型及孔结构进行模拟分析,设计出烧结保温砌块的最佳孔结构。试验结果表明,用造纸污泥制备烧结保温砌块的烧成温度为1000~1050℃;当造纸污泥掺量为10%时,烧结保温砌块的各项性能指标较佳,其密度为933 kg/m~3,抗压强度为5.42 MPa,用该烧结保温砌块砌筑的墙体传热系数为1.217 W/(m~2·K)。
Through the ANSYS software,the structure of the block and pore structure of the sintering insulating block was simulated and analyzed,and the best hole structure of sintering insulating block was designed. Test result shows that the sintering temperature range of sintering insulating block is 1000~1050 ℃ when using papermaking sludge,and the properties reached the optimal when dosage of papermaking sludge is 10%,the density is 933 kg/m~3,compressive strength is 5.42 MPa,and the heat transfer coefficient of wall made by this sintering thermal insulation block masonry is 1.217 W/(m~2·K).
