山钢综合原料场功能设计及特点

摘要
针对绿色智慧钢铁企业建设目标,按照山钢日照钢铁精品基地建设要求,山钢综合原料场采用智能环保工艺方案设计。综合原料场投入使用后证明,其总体实现了料场100%环保封闭;胶带机驱动节能降耗894万元/a;含铁渣尘二次资源100%综合利用;除堆取料机外,全厂实现无人值守。另外,该综合原料场还具备防风、防雨和防冻功能,每年可减少风、雨引起的物料流损95%以上,年节约物料损耗约7×10~4t/a,直接经济效益约7000万元/a。
        In view of the construction goal of green and smart steel enterprises,and in accordance with the construction requirements of Shangang Rizhao Iron and Steel fine base,the design scheme of comprehensive intelligent environmental friendly raw material stockyard is adopted for Shangang comprehensive raw material stockyard. After the design is put into use,it is proved that 100% environmental protection closure of the material stockyard has been realized in the comprehensive raw material stockyard. The energy consumption of the belt machine drive is reduced by 8. 94 million Yuan/a,the 100% secondary resource of iron-containing slag dust is utilized comprehensively,and unattended operation is realized in the whole plant. In addition,the comprehensive raw material stockyard has also the windproof,rainproof and antifreeze functions,reducing the material flow loss caused by wind and rain by more than 95% every year and saving material loss by about 7×10~4t/a,and the direct economic benefit is about 70 million Yuan/a.
