摘要
基于不同金属硫化物在溶液中溶解度的差异,采用硫化沉淀法从锌酸性浸出液中选择性回收铜,并对不同沉淀剂(Na_2S与ZnS)的沉铜方案进行了对比,研究了沉淀剂添加量、反应温度以及反应时间对铜沉淀率以及沉淀渣中铜含量的影响,实验结果表明,ZnS是较好的沉淀剂;ZnS用量为理论用量的5倍、反应温度70℃、反应时间60 min时,铜沉淀率为99.17%,沉铜渣中铜、锌含量分别为10.17%和46.50%。
        A study was presented on selective recovery of copper from zinc-containing acid leach solution by sulfide precipitation, due to the difference in the solubility of different metallic sulfide in solution. The copper precipitation schemes by using different precipitating agents(Na_2S and ZnS) were compared for investigating the effects of addition of precipitating agent, reaction temperature and time on copper precipitation rate, as well as on the copper content in the precipitation residue. The experiment results indicated ZnS was a good precipitator. A 60-min reaction at 70 ℃ with the dosage of ZnS 5 times as much as the theoretical amount, resulted in the copper precipitation rate up to 99.17%, with the copper and zinc contents in the precipitation residue at 10.17% and 46.50%, respectively.
