摘要
我国煤炭资源丰富,而且产煤量和用煤量大,但是在产煤过程中容易受到水害的影响。煤矿底板水及构造水害会严重影响煤炭资源的开采工作、井下工作的安全性、企业的生产效益及经济效益,煤矿底板突水是开采煤资源时较常见且比较突出的问题。煤矿底板发生突水的影响因素复杂多变,而且其危害严重,是煤矿中较严重的地质灾害,是煤矿安全生产的最主要的安全生产隐患,煤矿底板水及构造水的预防和治理是煤矿开采之前必须提前解决的问题。本文系统地分析了底板突水的成因及水害的防治措施,随着科学技术的不断发展,底板防治水工作得到有效治理,使得底板水及水害防治工作科学开展实施,促进了煤矿作业的顺利进行,同时为煤矿企业节约了成本并提高了工作效率,获得了较高的经济效益。
        The coal resources in China are abundant, and the amount of coal produced and coal used is large, but it is susceptible to water damage during coal production. Coal mine floor water and structural water damage will seriously affect the mining of coal resources, the safety of underground work, the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise. The water inrush from the coal floor is a common and prominent problem when mining coal resources. The influencing factors of water inrush from coal mine floor are complex and changeable, and its damage is serious. It is a serious geological disaster in coal mines, and is the most important safety hazard in coal mine safety production. The prevention and control of coal mine floor water and structural water damage is a problem that must be solved in advance before coal mining. This paper systematically analyzes the causes of water inrush and the prevention and control measures of water damage. With the continuous development of science and technology, the water control work of the floor is effectively treated, and the prevention and control of floor water and water damage is scientifically implemented, which promotes the smooth operation of coal mines. At the same time, it saves costs for coal mining enterprises and improves work efficiency, and has obtained high economic benefits.
