摘要
煤矿用乳化液的污染是导致液压系统故障的主要原因,如何选择过滤器滤芯、评价其性能是用户尽量减小油液污染所面临的首要难题。针对当前在矿用乳化液过滤器滤芯性能检测方面研究的空白,提出构建面向用户的煤矿用乳化液过滤器滤芯性能检测标准体系,包括对过滤站滤芯和过滤器滤芯的两套检测标准,用于检测新滤芯或在用滤芯的结构完整性、抗破裂性、过滤性能等指标,以为煤矿企业评价和选择合适的过滤器滤芯提供参考。
The pollution of coal mine emulsion is the main cause of hydraulic system fault. So how to select the filter element and evaluate its performance is the most important problem for the user to minimize the oil pollution. Aiming at the blank of mine emulsion filter performance testing research,this paper proposed the construction of user oriented mine emulsion filter performance testing standards,including two sets of standard for filter and filter element of filter station,to detect the structural integrity,resistance to spalling and filtration performance on new or using filter element,in order to provide reference for coal mining enterprises to evaluate and choose filters.
