摘要
围绕铸造机、结晶器的发展对半连续铸造技术进行归纳,提出热顶铸造和同水平铸造是当前的发展方向。结合凝固过程以及传热分析,讨论向上导热距离、向下导热距离、铸造速度、结晶器有效高度等关键参数的影响规律,测量和估算连续铸造过程中的各种物理量、界面参数的方法。指出结合模拟仿真技术、大数据技术等建立的连续铸造工艺参数专家系统,将是未来的研发重点。
        Semi-continuous casting technology was summarized according to the development of the casting machine and the crystallizer. That the hot-top casting and the horizontal-distribution-runner casting are the development trend currently was pointed out. Based on the analysis of the solidification process and heat transfer, the effects of key parameters were discussed emphatically, such as UCD, MAL, casting speed and the effective height of the crystallizer. The measurement and estimation of various physical quantities and interface parameters in the process of continuous casting were discussed. It was pointed out that the expert system of continuous casting process parameters combined with simulation and big data technology will be the focus of future research and development.
