建设项目固体废物污染源头管理对策研究

摘要
建设项目固体废物管理是当前环境保护管理的重点和难点,通过调查建设项目固体废物污染防治现状,分析了当前固体废物管理存在的包括缺乏针对性固废环评规范、环评报告固废内容薄弱、监管有待加强等问题,本文提出源头管理对策措施,为相关环境管理部门提供决策参考。
The construction projects management of solid waste is the Key and difficult points of the current environmental protection management, through the investigation of the status of the prevention and control of solid waste pollution in the construction project, the existing problems in the management of solid waste are analyzed, including lack of the EIA guidelines for solid waste, The EIA report about the solid waste is weak, supervision needs to be strengthened. The countermeasures of source management were proposed in the article. Thus, article provided references for the decision-making of relevant environmental management departments.
