摘要
绿色发展是"上海2035"城市和交通发展的价值引导。作为共享出行服务提供商,分时租赁发展坚持与城市发展价值相协调,在战略定位、空间布局和运营策略等环节落实绿色发展内涵。分时租赁以电动车辆为工具推动交通能源消耗绿色化,立足提供多元化出行服务的城市交通体系补短板定位;在空间布局方面,与城市空间开发特征和公共交通优先发展战略结合,重点拓展相对低强度开发城市空间,满足了郊区之间联系、郊区与中心城区等低频的个性化出行需求;实际运营中,关注服务站点与周边建成环境的互动效果,综合考虑车辆、停车空间等资源利用效率开展运营绩效评价,优化站点布局和业务类型以改善运营绩效,力求更高水平落实绿色发展要求。
        Green is the value guide for "Shanghai 2035" urban and transportation development. As a shared mobility supplier, EVCARD commits to green development implementing in strategy, station layout and operation. EVCARD ameliorates transport energy consumption via electric vehicles and provides diversified travel service for inhabitants. Combined with urban spatial characteristics and the public transport priority strategy, EVCARD focuses on expanding service in relatively low density development areas and suburbs to satisfy individual travel demand. It also pays attention to the interaction between service stations and surrounding built-up environments. A comprehensive indicator framework is proposed to evaluate the utilization efficiency of vehicle and parking resources, which would help to improve operational performance and strive to greener development.
