摘要

锥面球头销是一种常见的球头销结构,其可靠性及性能表现影响整车的操控性和安全。球头销断裂、脱出、异响,是此结构常出现的问题。文章通过列举不同案例,从球头销大端直径设计、球头销防脱出设计、锥孔锥面配合等来探讨锥面球头销的设计思路与方法。
        The cone ball pin is a common ball pin structure, which reliability and performance affects vehicle safety and ride comfort. The ball pin structure offen appear fracture, or blowout in the road test, different sound a in custionmer service. This paper lists different cases, from diameter end design, blowout proof design, the cone coordination design, discussion on the design idea and method of cone ball pin.
