摘要
研究了天然橡胶(NR)/环氧化反式异戊橡胶(ETPI)并用比对ETPI/NR并用胶物理机械性能、流变行为、加工性能及相容性的影响。结果表明,随着ETPI用量的增加,ETPI/NR并用胶与金属粘合力明显增加;ETP/NR并用胶的塑性变小,加工过程中变形较大,加工性能变差;并且ETPI/NR并用胶的表观黏度增大,ETPI/NR并用胶为部分相容体系。
The influence of blending ratio on the rheological behavior and compatibility of ETPI/NR blend was studied.Results showed that the blend were compatibility partly.H-pull force of the blend increased significantly with increasing the content of ETPI.The plasticity of blend was reduced,it leaded to poor processing properties.And the apparent viscosity of blend increased.
